Role: Hospital Partnership & Field Sales Executive
Monthly Salary: ₹45,000

About Docbrella Docbrella is a healthcare discovery and booking mobile application, similar to Practo, designed to connect patients with hospitals, doctors, polyclinics, and diagnostic centres through a single mobile app.

Our key differentiator is Price Transparency. Patients can discover healthcare providers, compare consultation and procedure costs, and access OPD, IPD, and diagnostic services through one app.

Docbrella aims to make healthcare more accessible, transparent, and convenient while helping hospitals and healthcare providers expand their digital presence and reach more patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach hospitals, polyclinics, and healthcare providers for Docbrella partnerships.

- Conduct field visits and meetings with hospital management, administrators, and decision-makers.

- Present Docbrella’s value proposition, including price transparency, digital visibility, and patient acquisition opportunities.

- Drive partnership discussions, negotiations, and onboarding.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions.

- Achieve monthly onboarding targets and contribute to business growth.

Monthly Targets & Compensation

Salary: ₹45,000/month





The fixed salary includes the following monthly onboarding targets:

- 3 Hospitals
- 5 Polyclinics

Additional Performance-Based Incentives

Earn additional incentives for every successful onboarding beyond your monthly targets:

- ₹5,000 for every additional hospital onboarded.
- ₹3,000 for every additional polyclinic onboarded.

Unlimited Earning Potential

Your earning potential is not limited to your fixed salary of ₹45,000. The more partnerships you successfully close beyond your monthly targets, the more you earn.

Example:

Achievement| Additional Incentive
1 extra hospital| ₹5,000
3 extra hospitals| ₹15,000
3 extra polyclinics| ₹9,000
5 extra polyclinics| ₹15,000

Your total monthly earnings = ₹45,000 fixed salary + additional performance incentives.
