Bread Master - AMBROSIA THE C LASSIC BAKEHOUSE
Job Description:
- Prepare and bake different varieties of bread as per company standards.
- Handle dough mixing, kneading, proofing, shaping and baking.
- Ensure proper quality, taste, texture and consistency of bread products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area and equipment.
- Follow food safety and production standards.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely preparation.
Requirements:
- 4 years proven experience in bread making or bakery production is preferred.
- Knowledge of bread preparation and baking techniques.
- Ability to handle bakery equipment and ovens.
- Valuable time management and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
