We’re Hiring: Senior Meta Ads Expert / Performance Marketing Lead

Experience Required: 10+ Years

Company: Yukti Herbs
Location: Mohali, Punjab

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented Meta Ads Expert who has a deep understanding of Meta’s advertising ecosystem, evolving algorithms, audience behaviour, campaign strategies, and performance optimization.

We are not looking for someone who simply knows how to run ads. We need an expert who understands how to generate high-quality inquiries, improve conversion rates, optimize advertising budgets, and drive measurable business growth.

The candidate should have proven experience in generating quality leads for both the service industry and product-based businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, manage, and scale high-performing Meta advertising campaigns.
- Develop strategies to generate high-quality, conversion-oriented inquiries rather than focusing only on lead volume.
- Stay updated with changing Meta algorithms, advertising policies, campaign objectives, AI-driven advertising features, and platform behaviour.
- Understand audience psychology, buying behaviour, targeting strategies, and creative performance.
- Identify the right campaign structures, ad formats, audiences, and advertising angles for different business objectives.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, identify gaps, and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently and develop strategies for profitable scaling.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives, videos, hooks, and messaging.
- Understand the complete lead journey, from inquiry generation to actual customer conversion.
- Guide and mentor team members to improve overall marketing performance.

Mandatory Skills & Expertise

- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and performance marketing.
- Expert-level understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- Strong command over Meta’s changing algorithms, advertising ecosystem, and emerging trends.
- Proven ability to generate high-quality leads for service-based as well as product-based businesses.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion optimization, retargeting, audience segmentation, and campaign scaling.
- Expertise in analyzing campaign metrics, identifying performance gaps, and making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to build advertising strategies independently rather than relying on ready-made templates.
- Strong understanding of creative strategy and its impact on advertising performance.

Leadership & Team Collaboration

We are looking for someone who is not just an individual performer but also a strong team player.

The ideal candidate should:

- Have strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Be open to receiving constructive feedback and confident in giving positive, constructive feedback to team members.
- Work collaboratively with content, creative, sales, and business development teams.
- Take ownership of responsibilities and remain accountable for results.
- Have a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work in a performance-driven setting.
- Be willing to share knowledge, mentor others, and continuously improve team performance.

What We Value Most

Expertise comes first.

We value practical knowledge, strategic thinking, accountability, and the ability to deliver measurable results.

We are looking for someone who understands that successful advertising is not about spending more money or generating more inquiries. It is about attracting the right audience, generating quality prospects, and converting advertising investment into business growth.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
