Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineer – Civil Works for a Solar Plant Project in Gujarat.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have hands-on experience in Solar Plant / Solar EPC projects. Candidates without Solar Plant project experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality inspections for civil construction activities at the solar plant project site.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, project specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect excavation, PCC, RCC, foundations, reinforcement, shuttering and concreting activities.
- Monitor the quality of equipment foundations, inverter foundations, transformer foundations, cable trenches, roads and other civil structures.
- Review and verify inspection requests, checklists, test reports and quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with approved Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and project specifications.
- Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports and project documentation.




- Coordinate with construction teams, clients and consultants during inspections.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 4–6 years of experience in Civil QA/QC.
- Mandatory Solar Plant / Solar EPC project experience.
- Practical knowledge of civil quality inspection and testing at solar project sites.
- Experience in foundations, RCC works, concrete testing and civil execution quality.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and technical specifications.
- Good knowledge of QA/QC documentation and inspection procedures.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
