- Robust face-to-face selling experience in vacation ownership, memberships or hospitality.
- Proven sales achievement, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
- Confidence engaging with business owners, senior professionals and families.
- Disciplined customer follow-up and CRM usage.
- Fluency in Hindi and English; Marathi preferred.
- Willingness to work at Shahapur, including weekends and holidays, with scheduled weekly offs.
Graduation preferred; relevant experience and performance will carry greater weight.
