Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Placement Officer to coordinate student placements, establish corporate relationships, and connect students with relevant job and internship opportunities. The candidate must have excellent English communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with employers, students, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

- Develop relationships with companies, recruiters, and HR teams.
- Identify and source job and internship opportunities for students.
- Coordinate recruitment drives, interviews, and employer visits.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with students and employers.
- Share student resumes and profiles with relevant companies.
- Organize mock interviews and placement preparation activities.
- Monitor placement progress and maintain student placement records.
- Collect employer feedback and coordinate with academic teams to improve student readiness.




- Prepare placement reports and maintain corporate databases.
- Follow up with employers to expand placement opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience
