Job Summary

Seeking a KPI-driven Delivery Manager to lead and mentor recruiters across the full recruitment lifecycle. The role focuses on driving sourcing excellence, improving team performance, ensuring timely closures, and achieving hiring targets through data-driven recruitment delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- - Mentor and guide recruiters in sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment delivery and ensure adherence to hiring SLAs.
- Train recruiters on sourcing strategies, market mapping, Boolean search, and talent pipelining.
- Monitor recruiter productivity and provide performance coaching.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure quality hires.
- Track and analyse recruitment metrics to improve team effectiveness.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.




- Ensure positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

- - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 6-8 years of Talent Acquisition experience with proven team management and recruitment delivery expertise.
- Experience managing recruiters and delivering against hiring metrics and business targets.
- Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
