Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to strengthen brand presence, awareness, and engagement.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar covering posts, reels, stories, videos, campaigns, UGC, and interactive content.
- Ideate, create, and publish engaging, creative, and trend-driven content, hashtags, captions aligned with the brand voice and audience.
- Continuously experiment with new content formats and creative approaches to improve organic reach and engagement.
- Take ownership of short-form video content, including ideation, shooting/editing, transitions, captions, music, and trend-based formats, using tools such as CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
- Monitor and engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and relevant audience interactions.
- Lead and manage the social media/content team, delegate tasks, review deliverables, and ensure timely execution of content and campaign requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, designers,



and influencers to execute social media campaigns and content initiatives.
- Track social media performance and provide insights on reach, engagement, follower growth, content performance, and audience behavior.

Requirements:

- Experience in social media, Content Creation, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience managing social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Strong understanding of social media content creation, organic growth, trends, and brand building.
- Strong content ideation, copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Robust creative sense with an eye for visual quality, trends, hooks, and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple content requirements, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
