Job Description

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented SMT Sales Engineers with robust expertise in B2B sales, customer relationship management, and business development within the SMT / Electronics Manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and expand business opportunities in the SMT and Electronics Manufacturing sectors.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new customers across EMS, PCB Assembly, and Electronics Manufacturing industries.
- Promote SMT machines, equipment, spare parts, and consumables.
- Manage customer visits, technical presentations, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, OEMs, and key accounts.
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with technical and service teams for customer requirements.




- Handle key accounts and strategic business development activities.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of experience in SMT Sales / Electronics Manufacturing Sales / Industrial B2B Sales.
- Strong understanding of SMT, EMS, PCB Assembly, and electronics manufacturing processes.
- Proven track record in business development and sales closure.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Experience in handling key accounts and achieving sales targets.

Qualification

BE / B.Tech / Diploma in ECE, EEE, Electrical, Electronics or relevant discipline.
