Position Title: Jira Administrator
Location: Remote
Experience: 5+ years in Jira Administration

Employment Type: 3 months C2H (Contract renewable annually/yearly after 3 months)

Work Mode: 100% Remote / Work From Home

Work Days: 5 Days working

Timings :- We have 2 openings (Australian- 8 am to 5 pm , US- 2 pm to 11 pm)
Location: Remote – Open to candidates across India

Certification Requirement: Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP-120)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and certified Jira Administrator with an ACP-120
certification to manage and maintain our Jira Server/Data Center environment. The
ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Jira configurations, workflows,
performance optimization, and troubleshooting. They will collaborate with cross-
functional teams to ensure our Jira instances are optimized for business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Jira Administration:
o Configure and manage Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and
schemes.
o Manage custom fields, screens, issue types, and automation rules.
o Administer and optimize Jira Server/Data Center environments for
performance and scalability.
System Maintenance & Upgrades:
o Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups.
o Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uptime.




o Collaborate with IT teams for server management and deployment.
User Support & Training:
o Provide technical support to Jira users and resolve their issues.
o Conduct training sessions and create documentation for best practices.
Integration Management:
o Integrate Jira with other tools like Confluence, Bitbucket, and CI/CD tools.
o Manage plugins and third-party apps to enhance functionality.
Compliance & Security:

o Ensure adherence to security protocols and compliance requirements.
o Manage user access and implement best practices for data integrity.

Key Requirements:
Certification: Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP-120) Jira Administration for
Data Center and Server.
Experience:
o 5+ years of experience in Jira Administration for large-scale environments.
o Hands-on experience with Jira Server/Data Center environments.
Skills:
o Solid knowledge of Jira configurations, workflows, and schemes.
o Expertise in troubleshooting performance and system issues.
o Familiarity with Atlassian ecosystem tools like Confluence, Bitbucket, and
Crowd.
o Knowledge of SQL, scripting (e.g., Groovy, Python), and REST APIs is a
plus.
o Understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
