Warewashing & Equipment Maintenance

- Dishwashing Operations: Operate commercial dishwashing machinery to clean, sanitize, and dry china, glassware, silverware, and serving trays.
- Pot Washing: Clean heavy-duty cookware, stockpots, hotel pans, trays, and cooking utensils using three-compartment sink systems (wash, rinse, sanitize).
- Inventory & Storage: Sort, stack, and return clean tableware and cooking items to their designated storage racks and cookline stations to avoid breakage.

Kitchen Station & Facility Sanitation

- Surface Disinfection: Scrub and disinfect stainless steel prep counters, cutting boards, sinks, and storage shelves.
- Heavy Appliance Cleaning: Degrease and sanitize heavy kitchen equipment, including exhaust hoods, ovens, deep fryers, grills, and walk-in refrigerators.
- Floor & Drain Care: Sweep, mop, and degrease kitchen floors, cleaning floor mats and clearing floor drains to prevent blockages and slippage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
