About SR Store

SR Store is a fast-growing women's fashion brand with a strong online presence and a boutique in Khar West, Mumbai. We are looking for a creative, experienced, and fashion-forward professional to lead our social media, branding, influencer marketing, and PR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Strategy: Lead Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, follower growth, and sales.
- Creative Direction: Plan and execute engaging Reels, Stories, fashion shoots, campaigns, and collection launches.
- Influencer Marketing & PR: Build relationships with influencers, creators, and media partners. Manage collaborations, brand promotions, and PR activities.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the existing social media and PR team, ensuring consistent quality and timely execution.
- On-Camera Content: Confidently feature in styling videos, try-on Reels, product showcases, and brand content when required.
- Brand Development:



Develop creative strategies to strengthen SR Store's brand identity and digital presence.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor social media analytics, campaign performance, audience engagement, and growth.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, branding, influencer marketing, or PR.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, Instagram algorithms, and viral content strategies.
- Excellent creativity, fashion sense, communication, and leadership skills.
- Comfortable appearing in front of the camera.
- Experience managing social media teams and influencer collaborations.
- Knowledge of AI, Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of independently managing brand campaigns.
