Job Overview

We are looking for dynamic, target-driven and enthusiastic Sales Executives and Senior Sales Executives with experience in the real estate industry. Candidates with prior experience in selling Open Plots, High-Rise Apartments, and Luxury Villas are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through various sales and marketing activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to prospective buyers.
- Arrange and conduct site visits for potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into bookings.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Eligibility Criteria





- Candidates must have prior experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Experience in selling Open Plots, Apartments, or Villas is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customers independently and close deals.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Position 1: Sales Executive

- Experience: 1–3 Years in Real Estate Sales.
- Responsible for lead follow-ups, customer interactions, site visits, and sales conversions.

Position 2: Senior Sales Executive

- Experience: 3–6 Years in Real Estate Sales.
- Strong experience in closing property deals and handling high-value customers.
- Ability to independently manage sales pipelines and achieve targets.

Work Details

- Job Location: Gandipet, Hyderabad

- Weekly Off: 1 Day
