Key Responsibilities

- Supervise fabrication, mechanical erection, and painting of industrial machinery, ensuring dimensional accuracy, structural integrity, and quality workmanship.
- Interpret engineering drawings and ensure manufacturing activities comply with technical specifications and quality standards.
- Lead shop-floor workers with authority, discipline, and accountability.
- Ensure strict adherence to KANBAN production schedules.
- Anticipate delays, proactively resolve bottlenecks, and escalate issues in advance.
- Maintain accurate production and quality reports, promptly documenting defects, rework, and deviations to facilitate root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive action (CAPA).
- Train and develop workers while adapting to continuously evolving machine designs, components, and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure high standards of productivity, workmanship, and shop-floor discipline.

Candidate Profile

- Age: Preferably 30–45 years.
- Experience: 5–10 years of hands-on experience in the manufacturing, fabrication, and erection of industrial machinery.
- Industry Background: Experience with manufacturers of special-purpose machines (SPMs), packaging machinery, printing machinery, converting machinery, or other custom-built industrial equipment is strongly preferred.
- Qualification:



Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong practical knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, dimensional inspection, mechanical erection, surface preparation, and industrial painting.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve manufacturing defects, dimensional inaccuracies, and erection-related problems.
- Strong leadership, reporting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Residence: Preferably Mira Road, Bhayandar, Dahisar, Borivali, or nearby areas with convenient connectivity to Kashimira.

SIGNIFICANT: Candidates must have relevant experience in industrial machine manufacturing. Experience limited to automobile mass production, general fabrication, plant maintenance, or routine assembly-line operations will not be considered.

Reporting To: Manager – Manufacturing & QC

Job Location: Off Kashimira, Western Express Highway.

CTC: ₹5–6 lakh per annum, depending on experience and competence.

We seek a hands-on leader who takes ownership of manufacturing quality, production schedules, and workforce productivity—not merely someone who monitors work.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
