Experience: 2–5 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure quality compliance throughout solar module manufacturing.
- Conduct visual inspection, EL testing, flash testing, and insulation testing.
- Identify module defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with IEC standards, ISO 9001, and company quality procedures.
- Maintain inspection reports and coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience in solar module manufacturing QA/QC.
- Knowledge of solar module testing, inspection, and quality documentation.
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
