Job Responsibilities

- Handle electrical maintenance of plastic pipe extrusion lines and related production machinery.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in extrusion, injection moulding, and blow moulding machines.
- Maintain and repair AC/DC motors, VFDs, PLCs, control panels, sensors, heaters, and temperature controllers.
- Maintain electrical systems for pipe extrusion lines, vacuum calibration tanks, haul-off units, cutting machines, and socketing machines.
- Monitor and maintain electrical systems for cooling towers, water pumps, compressors, and other utility equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize machine downtime.




- Ensure smooth operation of production equipment and compliance with electrical safety standards.
- Maintain electrical maintenance records and coordinate with production and mechanical maintenance teams.

Qualification

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in plastic pipe manufacturing or extrusion plant maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, industrial automation, electrical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
