Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer to lead interior design projects from concept development to final execution.

The ideal candidate should have excellent design sensibilities, solid technical knowledge, client-handling abilities, and experience managing projects independently. The candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, preparing technical drawings, coordinating with execution teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead interior design projects from initial concept to final handover.
- Understand client requirements, preferences, lifestyle, and budget.
- Develop creative design concepts, space plans, mood boards, and 3D presentations.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, furniture layouts, elevations, and sections.
- Select materials, finishes, colours, furniture, lighting, and accessories.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site execution teams.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor design implementation and quality.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and timelines.




- Handle client meetings, design presentations, and design approvals.
- Guide and mentor junior interior designers.
- Resolve design and execution-related challenges.
- Maintain high standards of design quality and client satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant interior design experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial interior projects.
- Excellent space planning and design development skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Knowledge of 3D rendering software such as V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or 3ds Max.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and detailing.
- Experience in BOQ preparation and project coordination.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-management skills.
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
