ABOUT THE ROLE

Our New York client provides testing, inspection and certification services for infrastructure projects across the New York Metro area. We are looking for a calm, sharp and accountable operations skilled to run daily deployment for our field teams. Your job is to make sure the right inspector, engineer or driver is at the right client site, on time.

Inspectors should reach site 10 minutes early, because a 10-minute delay can put an entire site on hold and the client under pressure. You will be the control point for the shift, leading a small dispatch support team and working directly with the US operations leadership.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Supervise daily deployment of inspectors, engineers and drivers to active project sites
- Match people to projects by certification, location, timing and client needs, and track them live through the shift
- Make quick decisions on delays, absences, schedule changes and urgent client requests, and escalate to US leadership when needed
- Plan resource needs with US Project Managers and track workload forecasts to improve utilization and reduce last-minute gaps
- Guide, coach and review the work of Dispatch Administrators and support staff
- Oversee equipment, vehicle and driver coordination
- Review timesheets, job logs and dispatch records,



and support billing and utilization reconciliation
- Prepare daily dispatch summaries and run clean handovers to the US team
- Spot recurring problems and recommend improvements to dispatch processes

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCE

- 4–6 years in scheduling, workforce deployment, field service coordination or operations control
- Has led a team or shift
- Has scheduled people or vehicles, not only goods dispatch

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, in business, operations, logistics, construction management, engineering or a related field
- Clear English, strong Excel and Office skills (Outlook, Word, Google Workspace)

SHIFT AND SETUP

Night shift, 8:00 PM–5:00 AM IST during US EDT (9:00 PM–6:00 AM IST during US EST), Monday to Saturday.

This is a 100% remote role. Reliable broadband and power backup are required.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
