Job Description

AJS Infra Developers is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support business growth and generate new project opportunities.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, coordinating client meetings, following up on enquiries and developing strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads.
- Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements related to construction, residential and commercial projects.
- Arrange client meetings and coordinate site visits.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into business opportunities.
- Explain company services and project details to customers.
- Maintain lead records and provide regular sales updates.




- Support the team in achieving monthly business targets.

Required Skills

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of sales and lead generation.
- Follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Qualification

Any Degree / MBA in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.

Salary: As per experience and skills.

Incentive: Incentives will be provided based on your monthly sales performance and achievement of the assigned targets.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
