Berkley Škoda is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Body Shop Manager who can independently lead and manage end-to-end body shop operations, drive business performance and deliver superior customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a hands-on professional with strong technical expertise, proven operational leadership and the ability to manage the complete body shop business independently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Independently manage complete body shop operations, including denting, painting, accidental repairs, vehicle estimation and final delivery.
- Drive body shop revenue, profitability, labour sales and overall business growth.
- Manage insurance claims, surveyors, approvals, documentation and settlement processes.
- Monitor workshop productivity, vehicle turnaround time (TAT), bay utilisation and manpower efficiency.
- Ensure superior repair quality, adherence to OEM standards and minimum rework.
- Lead and manage body shop teams, including technicians, denters, painters and service advisors.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor spare parts consumption, paint material usage, inventory and operational expenses.
- Prepare and review MIS reports, productivity reports and business performance dashboards.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Diploma / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.




- 7–10 years of relevant experience in automobile body shop operations.
- Must have independently handled complete body shop operations with responsibility for business performance and team management.
- Preference for candidates with experience in reputed automobile brands such as:
- Hyundai
- Škoda
- Volkswagen
- Kia
- Toyota
- Strong understanding of accident repairs, denting, painting and insurance claim management.
- Proven track record in managing body shop revenue, profitability, productivity and TAT.
- Excellent team leadership, customer handling and operational management skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MIS reporting and dealer management systems.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?
