- Develop and maintain electrical systems as per client specifications.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
- Provide onsite operational and technical support.
- Develop maintenance strategies and monitor system performance.
- Manage electrical projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Develop new business through direct industrial visits, referrals, social media, email, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive retention and repeat business.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, follow-ups, negotiations, and business development activities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and e-tenders for electrical, BMS, networking, and related projects.




- Coordinate with clients from initial inquiry and negotiation through order generation, billing, and payment and achieve business target set by the company from time to time.
- Identify new projects and generate business opportunities across various sales verticals.

Educational Requirements: Electrical ITI / Electrical Diploma / Electrical Degree
