Position: Operations Executive
Department: Order and Repair

Job Responsibilities:

1. Order and Repair Management

- Check jewellery repair items carefully and verify repair details and job sheets.
- Track pending repairs and customer orders to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records of repair items received, processed, and delivered.

2. Daily Stock Verification

- Conduct daily physical stock tally and reconcile stock with inventory management software.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies, shortages, or incorrect entries.
- Ensure accurate stock records and proper documentation.

3. Repair Dispatch Management

- Arrange daily dispatch of jewellery repair items to factories and vendors.
- Verify item details, weight, quantity, and supporting documents before dispatch.
- Track dispatched items and follow up for timely return.

4. Vendor Coordination and Order Management

- Coordinate with vendors and factories for jewellery product requirements and orders.
- Follow up on order status, production progress, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of jewellery requirements and resolve order-related issues.

5. Order Delivery Updates and Communication

- Update the status of customer orders and expected delivery dates.
- Send timely messages to customers or the sales team regarding order readiness and delivery.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customers receive accurate delivery updates.
- Follow up on pending deliveries and communicate delays or changes promptly.





6. Documentation and Daily Reporting

- Maintain stock, repair, dispatch, and order registers.
- Prepare daily reports on pending repairs, orders, dispatches, and deliveries.
- Escalate stock mismatches, vendor delays, and operational issues to the reporting manager.

7. Quality Control

- Check jewellery quality, finishing, weight, and product details before dispatch and delivery.
- Ensure products meet company quality standards and report any defects or damage immediately.

Eligibility: ·

- Minimum Qualification: Graduate or post graduate
- Freshers are welcome, and candidates with 1–2 years of experience in jewellery retail, inventory management, or operations are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management software.
- Positive communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle valuable jewellery responsibly.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in a jewellery showroom or jewellery manufacturing business.
- Knowledge of jewellery stock management, repair processes, and vendor coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet delivery deadlines.
- Organised, proactive, trustworthy, and responsible.

Salary: Competitive salary as per industry standards.
Working Hours: As per company working hours.
Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near the store location will be preferred.
