Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of an optical showroom. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and driving overall showroom profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the optical showroom.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve showroom profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise sales executives, optometrists, and other showroom staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
- Assist customers in selecting eyeglass frames, lenses, sunglasses, and contact lenses.
- Coordinate with optometrists to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, product displays, and replenishment.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, daily sales reporting, and documentation.
- Handle customer complaints, returns, exchanges, and service issues.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product presentation.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Analyse sales reports, conversion rates,



and customer feedback to improve performance.

- Experience managing an optical showroom or eyewear retail store.
- Good understanding of optical retail products and customer requirements.
- A proactive, responsible, and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
