Job Overview

IPCS Global is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle student enquiries, provide basic course information, generate leads, and support the admissions team.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from students and parents.
- Provide basic information about courses and training programs.
- Understand customer requirements and identify genuine leads.
- Follow up with interested candidates through calls and WhatsApp.
- Invite prospective students for walk-in counselling and admission discussions.
- Collect and maintain candidate details and enquiry records.




- Forward qualified leads to the admissions team.
- Maintain daily call reports and achieve assigned calling targets.

Requirements

- 3 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
- Valuable communication skills in Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge and telephone etiquette.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle enquiries professionally and work towards targets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
