Role Overview:
We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Special Educator to support students with diverse learning needs and ensure an inclusive learning workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess students with special educational needs.
- Develop and implement Individualised Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide individual and small-group remedial support.
- Monitor students' academic, behavioural and developmental progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents and school counsellors.
- Maintain student assessment records and progress reports.
- Recommend suitable classroom accommodations and teaching strategies.
