Candidate should have 1-3 years experience in Computer hardware and Desktop support services. Candidate should be Degree / Diploma in I.T., Computer Science, E&TC; with working knowledge of Hardware and Desktop support.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware, desktops, and peripherals.
- Perform operating system (OS) installation, configuration, and driver updates.
- Resolve desktop issues, software errors, Outlook configurations, and local printer/scanner problems.
- Maintain daily physical and digital logs of infrastructure complaints and resolutions.
- Work closely with the institutional IT department to maintain maximum network uptime.
- Adhere to strict security protocols and biometric attendance guidelines.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
