We are looking for an enthusiastic Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team and work on Odoo implementation, configuration, customization, and support projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Gather requirements, analyze business processes & perform gap analysis.
- Configure Odoo modules and manage implementation, testing, UAT & Go-Live.
- Coordinate with developers for customizations, reports, workflows & integrations.
- Handle data migration, master data, user training and documentation.
- Provide client support and troubleshoot functional issues.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Good knowledge of Odoo ERP and modules:



Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, HR, Manufacturing, POS, etc.
- Understanding of Odoo configuration, workflows, access rights & Odoo Studio.
- Basic knowledge of Python, Odoo Framework, XML, QWeb & PostgreSQL/SQL preferred.
- Understanding of Odoo.sh, API/integrations and Excel/CSV data migration is a plus.
- Solid analytical, communication and client-handling skills.

Candidates with Odoo implementation, customization or support experience preferred. Freshers with relevant Odoo training/project experience may also apply.
