Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Counselors to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with students and parents, understanding their educational requirements, providing information about suitable courses and learning programs, and converting potential leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and parents through outbound and inbound calls.
- Understand students' academic requirements, learning needs, and career goals.
- Explain educational courses, programs, and learning solutions effectively.
- Counsel students and parents regarding suitable academic programs.
- Generate interest and convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students to drive conversions.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Negotiate and convince prospective customers to complete the enrollment process.




- Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales, enrollment, and conversion targets.
- Provide post-sales support and assistance whenever required.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Academic Counseling, Telecalling, or Customer Handling.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer relationship management and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales setting.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
