We are hiring a high-performing Sales Specialist / Business Development Manager to drive sales for our premium range of architectural pergolas, motorized louvered systems, and luxury outdoor shading solutions. You will be responsible for specifying our products with architects, interior designers, landscape consultants, and high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Architectural Specification & B2B Sales: Build and maintain relationships with leading architects, interior designers, landscape contractors, and luxury real estate developers across key metro markets.

* Consultative Client Pitching: Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, deliver product presentations, and recommend customized pergola configurations.

* Quotations & Proposal Management: Coordinate with the design engineering team to obtain CAD estimates and issue detailed technical and commercial proposals.

* Dealer & Channel Partner Expansion: Onboard and manage regional dealers, glass fabricators, and outdoor furniture retail outlets to generate consistent lead pipelines.

* Project Handover:



Oversee the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from initial inquiry and contract sign-off to deposit collection and coordinating install schedules with site teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

* Education: Graduate in any discipline; B.Arch, Interior Design degree, or MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred.

* Experience: 2–6 years in technical specification sales or B2B sales within allied sectors:

* Premium uPVC / Architectural Aluminum Windows & Doors (e.g., Fenesta, Schüco, Reynaers, Alupure)

* Glass Facades & Skylights

* Modular Kitchens & Luxury Bath Fittings

* High-End Exterior Cladding & Outdoor Furniture

* Key Competencies:

* Strong network within local architectural and interior design communities.

* Ability to read basic 2D architectural site plans and layout drawings.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.

* Robust negotiation, consultative closing, and relationship management abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
