We are seeking a versatile and communication-driven Student Recruitment Advisor to operate our UK admissions process from Office/home. This dual-responsibility role involves directly counseling prospective UK-based students (working professionals and mature students restarting their education) as well as managing and expanding our network of UK-based Freelance Agents/Sub-agents. You will be responsible for pitching our commission structure to freelance agents, onboarding them, and tracking the student leads they submit:-

Key Responsibilities & Role Breakdown:-

- Direct Student Intake & Counseling Connect with newly generated UK leads via outbound calling
- Counsel mature students and working professionals looking to resume pending education.
- Guide students smoothly through the UK university application and enrollment funnel.




- Pitch our highly lucrative commission/incentive model to onboard them as recruitment partners.
- Act as the main point of contact for agents, helping them process their students' applications.
- Monitor agent-driven pipelines and ensure prompt feedback on their student submissions.
- Keep meticulous updates in the CRM regarding both direct student leads and agent interactions.
- Freelance Agent Management (UK) Identify, reach out to, and build relationships with independent freelance agents within the UK.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
