Position: HR Executive

Location: Hyderabad(IDPL Balanagar)

Educational Qualification: MBA HR/ BBA HR

Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Working Days: Mon-Friday-Working, Sunday-Fixed off, Saturday-(1st,2nd,3rd Saturday's-Off)& (4th,5th Saturday's-Working)

Exp: 1+ Year as HR/Recruiter or MBA/BBA HR Fresher

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per manpower requirements.
- Manage joining formalities, document verification, appointment letters, and employee induction.
- Monitor daily attendance, shift schedules, late arrivals, overtime, and absenteeism.
- Prepare HR reports on headcount, recruitment, attendance, attrition, and employee movement.
- Skills Required: Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email
- Preferred: Girls

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
