WE ARE HIRING – SALES COORDINATOR

Company: Shree Krishna Controls Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Vasai East (pick and drop service )

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and manage customer orders, dispatches and sales operations.

Experience: 2–3+ Years
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with customers and the sales team for inquiries, orders and follow-ups.
- Handle customer calls, emails and queries and provide timely updates.
- Process customer orders and ensure correct pricing, discounts and product details.
- Coordinate with production and other departments for timely order completion and delivery.
- Share dispatch details with customers and concerned departments.
- Prepare invoices,



proforma invoices and generate E-Way Bills.
- Maintain invoice reports, sales records and inquiry registers in Excel.
- Prepare box labels and ensure proper labelling before dispatch.
- Arrange product samples and maintain sample records.
- Handle daily sales and billing activities using MS Excel and Tally Prime.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and Tally Prime.
- Experience in sales coordination, order processing, invoicing and dispatch.
- Valuable customer-handling and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
