DigiManiac is looking for an experienced and creative Senior Social Media Manager who can take complete ownership of our social media presence, content strategy, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute monthly social media strategies and content calendars
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & other relevant platforms
- Plan Reels, posts, stories, campaigns, and trending content
- Generate creative content ideas, hooks, scripts, and campaign concepts
- Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, and the marketing team
- Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity
- Track reach, engagement, followers, leads, and other key performance metrics
- Analyze competitors and current social media trends
- Improve organic reach and audience engagement
- Manage multiple campaigns and ensure timely content execution
- Lead and guide junior social media team members

Required Skills:





- Strong experience in social media management and strategy
- Excellent understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts & short-form content
- Solid copywriting and content ideation skills
- Good understanding of social media analytics and growth strategies
- Ability to identify trends and quickly convert them into relevant content
- Strong communication, leadership, and team-management skills
