1. Guest Relations & Luxury Hospitality

- Welcome and guide elite walk-ins and appointment-based clients with warmth, professionalism, and poise.
- Serve premium refreshments and manage the lounge area to make clients feel comfortable and pampered.
- Understand client preferences quickly and direct them to the appropriate designer curation, bridal lounges, or styling trial rooms.

2. Showroom Operations & Aesthetics

- Maintain pristine floor aesthetics, ensuring the visual merchandising, lighting, music, and fragrance meet luxury standards at all times.
- Coordinate trials seamlessly by assisting styling consultants and ensuring trial rooms are immaculate and prepped.
- Manage the appointment calendar for bridal consultations, VIP clients, and fittings.

3. Client Relationship Management (CRM)

- Capture customer data accurately to maintain a solid premium clientele database.
- Follow up with clients regarding alterations, bespoke orders, and upcoming collection launches via professional communication channels

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
