We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer with strong site execution, billing, and supervision experience to manage interior fit-out and building construction projects. The role requires hands-on site presence, coordination with contractors, and preparation of accurate bills and measurements.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision

- Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior fit-outs and building construction projects
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, BOQs, specifications, and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and project managers
- Monitor quality standards, safety practices, and material usage on site

Billing & Documentation

- Prepare and verify RA bills, final bills, and client bills
- Take site measurements and maintain MBs (Measurement Books)
- Cross-check contractor bills against BOQs and actual site progress
- Maintain proper site documentation and records

Planning & Coordination

- Assist in project planning, scheduling,



and progress tracking
- Coordinate material requirements and site logistics
- Support project managers in resolving site-level issues and variations

Reporting

- Daily and weekly site progress reporting
- Highlight delays, risks, and cost deviations proactively

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 6–12 years of experience in:
- Interior fit-outs (retail, commercial)
- RCC & building construction (colleges/institutional preferred)
- Solid knowledge of:
- BOQs, billing, measurements
- Site execution and supervision
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word
- Ability to manage multiple sites if required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
