STORE MANAGER- LUXURY CHOCLATES
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive sales, achieve targets, and monitor store performance.
- Lead, train, and supervise store staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and brand presentation.
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, replenishment, and wastage.
- Oversee billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
- Maintain product quality, hygiene, and storage standards.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–6 years of experience in Luxury Food & Beverage, retail or store operations.
- Experience in luxury retail, premium brands, F&B;, confectionery, or airport retail preferred.
- Solid leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and sales reporting.
- Professional grooming and a customer-first approach.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
