Job Summary

A Vocational Trainer is responsible for providing practical and theoretical training to students or trainees to develop industry-specific skills, improve employability, and prepare them for jobs or self-employment. The trainer delivers lessons, conducts practical demonstrations, assesses learners' performance, and supports their overall skill development.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver theoretical and practical training to students.
- Prepare lesson plans and training materials.
- Demonstrate practical skills related to the vocational trade.
- Conduct assessments and evaluate student performance.
- Maintain student attendance and training records.
- Develop students’ technical and employability skills.
- Ensure classroom discipline and safety standards.
- Provide career guidance and support job placement.
- Monitor student progress and complete training reports.
- Follow the prescribed curriculum and training guidelines

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
