- Handle end-to-end procurement process (PR to PO)
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for best pricing and quality
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO)
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials
- Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and vendor details
- Coordinate with production, store, and accounts departments
- Ensure proper documentation (invoices, GRN, delivery challans)
- Monitor stock levels and plan purchases accordingly
- Develop new vendors and maintain valuable relationships with existing ones
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing and budget control
- Handle any supply-related issues or delays
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
