About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Export Marketing Advisor / Consultant to drive and scale our overseas business expansion. This position offers a flexible engagement structure (Fixed Monthly Retainer + High-Yield Sales Commission), open to both full-time leaders and senior retainer advisors.

The ideal candidate should have extensive, hands-on experience in international market penetration, global buyer acquisition, and distribution setup across Agrochemicals, Pharma APIs, Specialty/Industrial Chemicals, Agricultural Inputs, Engineering Goods, Industrial Machinery, and Mineral Ores.

Retired or semi-retired Senior Export Executives, Ex-GMs/VPs of International Business with relevant product exposure are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate high-potential overseas markets for agrochemicals, pharma APIs, industrial chemicals, machine tools, and mineral exports.

Buyer Acquisition & Channel Setup: Lead overseas buyer sourcing, establish strong distributor/dealer networks, and build long-term B2B channel partnerships globally.

Export Compliance & Regulatory Guidance: Manage trade compliance, custom regulations, export licensing, and country-specific documentation (RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, etc.).

Export Strategy & Commercials: Formulate competitive global pricing, oversee overseas tender submissions, and negotiate international payment terms (LC, TT).

Key Qualifications & Skills Required:

Experience: 12 to 25+ years of proven experience in international marketing and B2B export business development.

Industry Domain Expertise: Strong exposure to at least 2 or 3 of the following sectors:

Agrochemicals / Agricultural Inputs

Pharmaceutical APIs / Formulations





Industrial / Specialty / Construction Chemicals

Industrial Machinery / Machine Tools / Engineering Goods

Minerals & Mining Ores

Global Network: Existing connections with overseas importers, buyers, and regional distribution networks (LATAM, Africa, SEA, Europe, CIS, or Middle East).

Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and fluency in English.
