- Make maximum outbound calls to prospective students and complete daily call targets.
- Explain courses, fees, admission procedures and career opportunities.
- Follow up with enquiries regularly and convert leads into confirmed admissions.
- Identify prospective students and motivate them to enrol in suitable programmes.
- Maintain accurate call records, lead details and follow-up reports.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly admission conversion targets.
- Provide professional communication and excellent customer service.
Key Objective: Generate maximum student admissions through effective calling, consistent follow-ups and successful lead conversions.
