The ideal candidate will assist the dentist during patient procedures, manage instruments and sterilization, and deliver exceptional patient care. Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential to ensure a smooth, comfortable experience for our patients. --- ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Chairside Assisting:** Assist the dentist directly during routine examinations, clinical treatments, and minor surgical procedures. * **Instrument Handling & Sterilization:** Prepare, sanitize, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and equipment following safety and hygiene protocols. * **Patient Care & Communication:** Greet patients warmly, explain procedures clearly to alleviate anxiety, and provide post-treatment instructions. * **Operatory Setup & Breakdown:** Prepare treatment rooms before procedures and clean,



disinfect, and restock supplies between patient visits. * **Administrative Support:** Assist with managing patient appointments, maintain clear treatment records, and answer patient inquiries over the phone or at reception when needed. --- ### **Qualifications & Skills** * **Education/Certification:** Diploma or certification in Dental Assisting, Nursing, or related healthcare fields preferred. Freshers with relevant hands-on clinical training are welcome to apply. * **Technical Skills:** Strong understanding of dental instruments, sterilization techniques, and basic operatory hygiene. * **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and basic English to interact confidently with patients and clinic staff. * **Soft Skills:** Empathetic, polite, well-organized, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
