Cafe Manager

Role: Cafe ManagerExperience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily cafe operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise kitchen, service, and housekeeping staff.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and customer service standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and shift allocation.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and daily procurement.
- Control operational costs, food wastage, and expenses.
- Manage billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with vendors for supplies and raw materials.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Train staff and monitor their performance.
- Plan promotional activities to increase cafe sales.
- Maintain cafe ambience and service standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly operational reports.

Required Skills:

- Experience in cafe, restaurant, or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Inventory management and cost-control skills.
- Familiarity with POS and billing systems.
- Positive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure during peak hours.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
