Barbloon is a salon queue and booking platform that helps salons, beauty parlours and beauty professionals manage customers and grow their business. We are hiring a Senior Sales Officer to bring beauty businesses onto Barbloon and build long-term relationships with them. You will start in Kakkanad and expand across Ernakulam.

Responsibilities

- Onboard salons, beauty parlours and freelance beauty professionals (mehandi artists, beauticians and more)
- Visit and approach new leads in Kakkanad and across Ernakulam
- Give live product demos and explain subscription plans
- Set up client accounts and train their staff on the platform
- Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on renewals and upgrades
- Collect client feedback and share it with the team
- Track competitor activity and local market trends




- Meet monthly onboarding and revenue targets
- Submit daily visit and lead reports

Qualifications

- Any degree
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Sales or beauty-industry experience is a plus.
- Positive communication in Malayalam (required)
- Hindi is an added advantage
- Own vehicle and valid driving licence (required)
- Self-motivated and target oriented
