Position: South Indian Cook

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare authentic South Indian dishes such as Idli, Dosa, Pongal, Upma, Vada, Sambar, Rasam, variety rice and other South Indian meals.
- Handle bulk cooking for industrial catering operations.
- Maintain food quality, taste, hygiene and consistency.
- Follow standard recipes, portion control and food safety practices.
- Manage kitchen preparation and cooking activities efficiently.
- Ensure proper usage and storage of raw materials.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.

Candidate Requirements:

- Previous experience in South Indian cooking, preferably in industrial catering or bulk cooking.
- Positive knowledge of traditional South Indian cuisine.
- Ability to handle large-volume food preparation.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.

Work Location: Benzz Kitchen, Arni, Tiruvannamalai District.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
