Job Description – Branch Manager (NBFC)

Department: Branch Operations
Reporting To: Area Manager / Regional Manager
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA is an added advantage.
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in NBFC, banking, or financial services, preferably in a branch management role.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall branch operations and ensure achievement of business and revenue targets.
- Drive business development, customer acquisition, and financial product sales.
- Monitor loan processing, collections, overdue accounts, and recovery performance, as applicable.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise branch staff to achieve individual and branch targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, applicable RBI guidelines, and KYC requirements.
- Monitor branch performance, prepare reports, and coordinate with the Area/Regional Manager.




- Identify business opportunities and implement strategies for branch growth.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
