- Customer Greeting & Intake: Welcome vehicle owners, listen to their concerns, inspect the car, and conduct joint walk-arounds or test drives if needed.
- Job Card Creation: Record customer complaints accurately and open official digital or physical service job cards in the dealership system.
- Cost Estimation & Approvals: Explain required repairs, routine maintenance schedules, spare parts pricing, and warranty/insurance coverages, then secure customer approval before work begins.
- Workshop Coordination: Assign tasks to technicians, track repair progress, and ensure spare parts are requisitioned on time to meet delivery deadlines.
- Customer Updates & Delivery: Keep owners updated on repair milestones, explain the completed work during vehicle delivery, and handle post-service follow-ups.
- Sales & Value-Add: Promote genuine Maruti Suzuki spare parts, accessories, annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), and value-added services.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
