Job Summary

Responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling manufacturing activities related to construction chemicals while ensuring product quality, production efficiency, safety compliance, and timely delivery of products.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Operations

- Execute daily production plans as per manufacturing schedules.
- Monitor batch manufacturing processes for construction chemical products.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
- Maintain production records and batch manufacturing reports.
- Coordinate with stores and procurement teams for raw material availability.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within specified timelines.

Process Control

- Monitor mixing, blending, dispersion, drying, and packaging operations.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Optimize process parameters to improve productivity and reduce wastage.
- Implement process improvements to enhance product quality and cost efficiency.

Quality Assurance

- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) department for in-process and finished product testing.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and company standards.
- Investigate deviations, non-conformities, and customer complaints related to production.

Safety and Compliance

- Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment,



Health & Safety) regulations.
- Follow ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS/ISO 45001 requirements.
- Conduct workplace safety inspections and implement corrective actions.
- Promote safe handling of chemicals and hazardous materials.

Maintenance Coordination

- Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Minimize production downtime through effective equipment management.
- Monitor machine performance and utility consumption.

Documentation and Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Maintain inventory and production data in ERP/SAP systems.
- Ensure proper documentation of batch records and process logs.

Required QualificationsEducation

- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
- M.Tech Chemical Engineering (Preferred)
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering (for junior roles)

Experience

- 2-8 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or construction chemicals production.
- Experience in manufacturing:
- Concrete Admixtures
- Waterproofing Chemicals
- Tile Adhesives
- Grouts
- Protective Coatings
- Sealants
- Epoxy Systems

Technical Skills

- Batch process manufacturing
- Chemical mixing and blending operations
- Production planning and control
- Process optimization
- Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma concepts
- ERP/SAP knowledge
- Quality Management Systems (QMS)

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
