Job Summary

Gemini Coffee Vending Solutions LLP is looking for a skilled and responsible Coffee Machine Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial tea and coffee vending machines. The candidate will handle workshop-based technical work, customer-site visits, machine servicing, and customer support to ensure machines operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities1. Installation and Setup

- Install and commission automatic, semi-automatic, and bean-to-cup coffee vending machines.
- Set up machines at corporate offices, IT parks, factories, hospitals, and other customer locations.
- Configure machines, test dispensing functions, and ensure proper operation after installation.

2. Service and Repair

- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and dispensing-related issues.
- Repair and replace faulty components, pumps, valves, heaters, sensors, switches, and control boards as required.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing.
- Handle breakdown calls and complete service visits within the assigned timelines.

3. Workshop Responsibilities

- Inspect, test, clean, and repair returned or defective machines at the workshop.
- Assemble, dismantle, and test machine components.
- Check machine performance, water flow, heating systems, and beverage quality.
- Prepare machines for recent installations and rental deployment.

4. Field Service and Customer Support

- Visit customer locations for installation, maintenance, and breakdown repairs.
- Explain basic machine operation,



cleaning procedures, and maintenance requirements to customers.
- Maintain professional communication with customers and provide timely service updates.
- Travel to assigned locations as required.

5. Hybrid Work Responsibilities

- Perform technical work at the company workshop or office when field visits are not required.
- Attend customer-site visits based on service schedules and urgent requirements.
- Coordinate with the service team through phone calls, WhatsApp, and service reports.
- Update machine service history, spare-parts usage, and customer feedback.
- Work independently in the field and coordinate with the office team for service planning.

6. Documentation and Inventory

- Maintain service reports, installation records, and preventive maintenance checklists.
- Track spare parts, tools, and components used during repairs.
- Report recurring technical issues and recommend suitable solutions.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of company tools and equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in coffee vending machines, beverage equipment, water dispensers, commercial kitchen equipment,



or similar machinery is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, pumps, heaters, motors, sensors, and control systems.
- Ability to diagnose technical problems and carry out repairs safely.
- Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
- Willingness to travel for customer-site service visits.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with hands-on experience in automatic tea and coffee vending machines.
- Experience with bean-to-cup machines, milk boilers, filter coffee machines, or premix vending machines.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Work Conditions

- Full-time position with a hybrid working arrangement involving workshop/office duties and customer-site visits.
- Local travel and occasional travel to other assigned locations may be required.
- Working hours and weekly holidays will be as per company policy.
