We are seeking a leadership-driven Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality patient care while managing our daily clinic operations. In this hybrid role, you will deliver clinical care and directly supervise both our nursing staff and front desk administrative team.

Key Responsibilities

- Clinical Care: Conduct exams, diagnose patients, prescribe medications, and perform minor procedures under physician supervision.
- Staff Management: Supervise, schedule, and train the nursing team and medical assistants.
- Front Desk Oversight: Oversee administrative staff to optimize patient check-in, scheduling, and billing workflows.
- Operations: Bridge communication between clinical and admin teams to maximize patient flow and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Proven clinical experience; prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Strong multitasking, communication, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
