We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer with hands-on knowledge of Windows operating systems, printer installation, and network troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Windows OS: Proficient in Windows installation, configuration, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Printer Support: Experienced in printer installation, configuration, driver updates, and troubleshooting.
- Networking: Good knowledge of LAN, IP addressing, network configuration, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Field Support: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence and be willing to travel across the city for client-site support.
